Old Tram Village is hidden off of Highway 17. There is nothing quite like this neighborhood in the area. There are many large and wooded vacant lots available to choose from. You will find that there are already some stick built homes on the lots. Although there is no HOA, there are some reasonable restrictions that owners have to abide by.
