The Preserve is located right off of Highway 9, right before Highway 57 intersects. It is a well maintained single family home residential neighborhood ranging from the mid $100s to the low $200s. One unique feature of this neighborhood is that the pool is managed by a separate association. With that being said, it is an additional cost to the low HOA fee to use the pool within the community.
