Quick beach access and affordability are also attractive features of Little River.  Purchasing a second home "at the beach" is an easy option with many condos available under $150,000.  A quick five minute drive will put you right on the oceanfront in the Cherry Grove Beach section of North Myrtle.  Condo communities like Little River Inn, Cypress Bay, Lightkeepers Village and Carolina Yacht Landing are great options for your own beach getaway.
